Dr Rasika Dona
Dr Rasika has over 15 years of medical experience spanning across critical care, emergency medicine, and general practice, trying to give deep clinical expertise and a calm, compassionate approach to every consultation.After completing her MBBS in Sri Lanka in 2010, she went on to spend 13 years working in the ICU at the National Hospital of Sri Lanka – one of the country’s leading medical institutions.
Since moving to Australia in 2023, she worked in Adelaide before transitioning into general practice in Victoria, where she continues to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care. She has more than 11 yrs GP experience in Sri Lanka and has been working in Bendigo for 8 months as a GP.
Dr Rasika is interested in general medicine, chronic diseases, paediatric, women’s health and mental health.
